Wilma J. Tuggle

Wilma J. Tuggle, 84, of Danville passed away at 9:20am Sunday May 8, 2005 at Vermilion Manor. She was born May 7, 1921 in Danville, the daughter of William and Veda (Wallace) Tuggle. She is survived by two sisters; Lorraine De Bord of Ft. Wayne, Indiana and Helen Ligocki of Tilton Illinois; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers; Jean Tuggle, Edwin Tuggle, and Jim Tuggle, and two sisters; Louise Carter and Doris Mc Bride. Wilma previously worked at Barker Shoes for twenty five years as a sales clerk and then for Second National Bank of Danville, with fifteen years service as a teller. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church. Wilma was the welcome lady and social organizer for the Valleyview Apartments. She was also an avid sports fan and die hard Cubs fan.
