William "Randy" Randall Green, born on November 5, 1956, in Terre Haute, Indiana, passed away peacefully at his home in Veedersburg, Indiana, on November 9, 2025, leaving behind a legacy woven from years of hard work and boundless love for his family.
Randy dedicated much of his life to the restaurant industry, achieving the role of a respected manager known for his leadership and commitment. More than just an accomplished professional, he was a devoted family man. His happiest moments were spent surrounded by those he adored—his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. Randy took immense pride in the home he built, a place filled with laughter and cherished memories, where his family continues to thrive.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Patricia (Straw) Green, and their children: Septemberly (Kurt) Miller, Terri Green, Ryan (Sara) Green, Andrew (Kayle) Green, Ivy Green, Isaiah Green, Jeremiah Green, Jake Green, John Green, Heaven Green, Alyssa Green, and William Green. Randy reveled in the joy brought by his many grandchildren, including Taylor (Cody) Williams, Trais Lowe, Alexandria (Jacob) Redman, Cody Miller, Greyson (Rileigh) Green, DJ Roberts, Devan Roberts, Sarah Miller, Jaben Walker, Davyn Green, Zane Miller, Ryanna Green, Landon Moore, Oliver Green, Amiyah Green, Nash Green, Carter Hines, and Rae’Lynn Powell as well as his great-grandchildren, Charlotte Miller, and Zendaya Roberts.
Randy is preceded in death by his father, William Raymond Green, mother, Mary Louise (Bitts) Green, and siblings, John Green and Cynthia Gaudino. Their memories remain close to the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
A visitation for Randy will be held on Thursday November 13, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 PM at Sunset Funeral Home & Cremation Center Covington Chapel, located at 420 3rd St, Covington, Indiana.
