William 'Bill' Frank Creviston

William Bill Frank Creviston, 54, of Tilton, passed away at 1:07 a.m. on Monday, July 11, 2005 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana. Bill was born on September 22, 1950 in Danville, the son of Arthur D. and Agnes (Hummer) Creviston. Bill was raised by his step-father Forrest Frosty and his mother Agnes Neibarger. He married Julie Hensley on December 2, 1983 in Danville. She survives. He is survived by 1 daughter- Jennifer (Robert) Wright of Danville; 3 sisters- Deea (Bill) White of Danville, Diana (Bob) Pierce of Danville, and Carolyn (Blaine) Nightlinger of Danville; 1 mother-in-law- Evelyn L. Hensley of Tilton; 2 special friends- Margaret Miller and Sandy Copic both of Tilton; 1 very special dog- Lottie; and several nieces and nephews. Bill was preceded in death by his parents, step-father- Forrest Neibarger, 1 father-in-law- Vern Hensley, 1 brother- Arthur C. Creviston, 1 step-sister- Barbara Jean Peters, and 1 niece Michele Creviston. Bill graduated from Danville High School in 1968. He has worked at McLane Midwest for 12 years. He was honored for driving a million miles of safe driving at McLane Midwest in February of 2005. He has been a semi driver for 25 years. Bill loved to bowl. He was a member of TNT mix league at Bulans Bowling league on Friday nights. He also loved to spend time golfing, fishing, and loved swimming in his pool. Bill also enjoyed spending time with his neighbors and friends. He was an avid Chicago Cubs and Illini fan. Bill was a loving husband, father, friend, and neighbor. He will be sadly missed by all those who knew and loved him. A celebration of the life of William Bill Frank Creviston will be at 10:00 a.m. Friday, July 15, 2005 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville, with Rev. Miles Clark officiating. Visitation will be from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday at the funeral home. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery. Memorials may be made in Bills name to the Donors Choice.
