Kingman, Ind. - Warren E. Bedinger, 79, of rural Kingman (Silver Island), passed away at 4:11 a.m. EDT Tuesday, September 24, 2019 at his residence.

He was born January 8, 1940 in Georgetown, Illinois the son of the late Emerald LeRoy and Mary Louise (DeLattre) Bedinger.

Warren married Patsy Lee Porter on July 27, 1975 in Kingman, Indiana. She survives.

Other survivors include four daughters: Debbie (Jim) Collard of Boerne, Texas; Lisa (Jim) Root of Kingsport, Tennessee; Cindy (Jeff) Freeman of Beaumont, Texas and Gidget (Russell) Hall of Newport, Indiana; three sons: Randy (Dawn) Bedinger of Tuscola, Illinois; Jim (Michael) Bedinger of Chicago, Illinois and Chip (Danielle) Bedinger of Kingman, Indiana; twelve grandchildren; one sister: Karen (Jim) Nichols of Ridge Farm, Illinois and special friends: Phillip Grubb and Jason Davis.

Warren formerly owned/operated Bedinger Sign Company (50 years) until his retirement. He was a Vietnam Veteran serving with the United States Army. Warren was a 1958 graduate of Georgetown High School. He was a member of the Cayuga American Legion Post #263. Warren enjoyed hunting, fishing, gardening, walking, golfing and watching football.

Graveside services with military honors: 10 a.m. EDT Friday, September 27, 2019 at Silver Island Cemetery in rural Kingman, Indiana; Officiating: Pastor William Lehman; Visitation: 4 to 8 p.m. EDT Thursday, September 26, 2019 at DeVerter Funeral Home in Cayuga, Indiana.
