Wanda attended Danville High School and worked in the dietary department at the Danville VA Hospital for several years. She and Joe spent many years traveling on vacations; Hawaii was her favorite place. So, Susan and Kathy took her back in March of 2011 little did we know there would be a Tsunami while we were there. She cherished spending time with all her grandchildren as they did her. She has left them with many memories to cherish. She taught them to make crafts, how to bake and what it was like to have loving grandparents. It didnt matter if you were born into her family or came to it through relationships, she was proud to call each of them her grandchild. Wanda loved to make and decorate cakes especially birthday & wedding cakes. Last of all if you ask her questions, you had better be prepared for the answer because she had no filters and would tell you exactly what she thought no matter the subject.

Her family would like to thank the staff on the reclaim section of Pleasant Meadows especially for the care she was given these last couple of months.
