Walter L. Jordan

Cayuga, Ind. - Walter L. Jordan, 66, of Cayuga, passed away at 10:27 a.m. EDT Friday, August 8, 2014 at his residence. Walter was born December 31, 1947 in Danville, Illinois, the son of the late Walter S. and Helen L. Grubbs Jordan, Jr. Survivors include one daughter, Tracy(Mark)Chaney of Mannford, Oklahoma; one son, Jesse Jordan of Kingman, Indiana; three grandchildren; four great grandchildren and two sisters, Nancy(Ralph)Watts of Cayuga, Indiana and Joyce Laws of Rockville, Indiana. Per Walter's request cremation has been accorded. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, August 15, 2014 from 6 to 8:30 p.m. EDT at the Cayuga Park red brick pavilion. DeVerter Funeral Home in Cayuga, Indiana is assisting the family with arrangements.
