Born and raised in Bismarck, Wade was a face that knew few strangers. To those who knew him, he will be missed beyond words. To those that loved him, a void will never be filled. Always kind and always there to lend a helping hand, an ear to listen or advice that was never wrong, Wade was the pillar of his family. Not a day will go by that he wont be thought of and missed beyond belief.
Wade started his career and became Vice President with R & S Printing. He retired after 34 years and then became Vice President of Chronkite Industries for the following 14 years. He was an active member of the Danville Chamber of Commerce and the Danville Area Economic Development Corporation. In his working career he demonstrated what it means to truly be a leader. The work was hard, the hours were long but the result was never anything less than perfect.
Married to Sandy (Bracken) for 64 years, they had 3 children- Doug Meade (Jennifer), Lori Cavinder (Paul) and Kelli Nesbitt (Brian), 4 grandchildren- Ashley Carter, Eric Nesbitt (Janay), Grant Meade, Luke Nesbitt (Amanda) and 2 great grandchildren- Logan Carter and Layne Nesbitt.
Wade enjoyed spending his time in his garden and more than anything being outside in his yard. His home reflected the hard work and pride he had for the home that is generational in the family history.
They say that time heals all wounds but time will never be the same without Wade in our lives. His absence will stretch in the time we no longer have with him but the memories will hold us tight until we meet him again.
