Virgil Kingery

Virgil L. Kingery Sr., 57, of Danville passed away on September 3, 2009 at Provena Covenant Care. Virgil was born April 12, 1952 in Watseka, IL son of Virgil Craig and Blanche Kingery. He married Tina Kingery on November 8, 1992 in Danville. She survives. Also surviving are two sons: Virgil L. Kingery Jr. of WI and Stephan (Shannon) Brannin of Weldon, IL; sister Phyllis (Morris) Craft of Indianapolis, IN; grandchildren: Jared & Tristan; and mother-in-law: Rickie Keele. He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter Valeria Crause. Virgil was a graduate of Danville High School and had served in the U.S. Marine Corps. He had owned & operated a home improvement business for many years. Virgil was a member of the Fairview Sportsman Club in Oakwood, and enjoyed camping, fishing, trap shooting, watching the SCIFI channel and forensic shows; but, most of all he loved spending time with family, friends, and neighbors.
