Viola "Evelyn" Trosper, 87, of Tilton, passed away at 5:20pm, Wednesday, November 2, 2016, at Presence USMC, Danville. She was born on April 20, 1929, in Villa Grove, Illinois, the daughter of Icel and Clora {Hatton} Marlett. She was first married to Leonard Lutz. She later married Charles Driver. She was later wed to Robert Trosper. They all preceded her death. She is survived by: her sons, Jim (Penny) Lutz, Joe Lutz, Gary Lutz, & Leonard (Anita) Lutz; her daughters, Sandra (Tracy Long) McCarty, Kay Spencer, & Linda (Frank) Lemziz; her special grandson, Terry Lutz; several grandchildren & great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by: her parents; her sons, Robert, Tom, and her daughter, Patty Jones. Evelyn worked at Danville Metal Stamping. She was an enthusiastic Bingo player and enjoyed helping on the family farm when she was younger and he loved to squabble with Joe later in life. Evelyn loved spending time with her family. She will be missed by many. A celebration of Evelyn's life will be held at 6:00pm, Saturday, November 5, 2016, at Sunset-Urbas Funeral Chapel, 414 S. State St., Westville, with Pastor Jim Blue officiating. Visitation will be held 4pm-6pm on Saturday prior to her service at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest in Greenview Cemetery, Fairmount. Memorial donations may be given in Evelyn's name to Iroquois Memorial Hospice or local food pantry.
