Vicki Jo (High) Frazier, 48, of Danville passed away on April 8, 2007 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana. Vicki was born December 15, 1958 in Danville daughter of Donald and C. Joan High. She married James Frazier. He survives. Survivors include: sons: Blake (Summer) Frazier, Joel Frazier; grandson Landon Frazier, mother C. Joan High, father Donald (pat) High, sister: Elizabeth Tharp, half brother Donnie High, step-brothers Kevin, Kurt, & Ronnie Thomas, great aunt Norma Rayney, nieces: Amanda (Matt) Long, Kimberly (Drew) Hettinger, Karha (Eric) Rosson, cousin Mark (Pluma) Stine, and dear friend Theresa (Jeff) Cheney. Vicki was preceded in death by her grandmother Mary Fuqua, special uncle Edward Rayney, and grandpa Carl Snyder. Vicki worked at the union office for AFGE as an administrative assistant. She was an avid bird watcher, who loved the outdoors and spending time with her family. Vicki was especially proud of her two sons & grandson. Family vacations & pool parties were all part of her fondest memories. Her great sense of humor will be missed most by the ones who loved her. Her wishes were for contributions to be made to the Juvenile Diabetes Foundation in Lieu of flowers. A Celebration of Vickis Life will be held at 10:00 a.m. April 12, 2007 at Sunsets Community & Life Tribute Center, 3550 N. Vermilion St., (formerly Lakeside-Barrick Chapel) with Pastor Blue officiating. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Wednesday evening at the funeral home. She will be laid to rest at Oak Hill Cemetery.
