Verna Marie Kincade

Verna Marie Kincade, 70, of Georgetown, passed away at 1:35pm, Monday, April 18, 2011, at her home. She was born on January 5, 1941, in Rockford, IL, to Renard and Verna {Marsten} Rollins Sr. She married Thomas Lee Kincade Sr. on January 16, 1960, in Woodland, IL, who Verna is now reunited with. Survivors include: a daughter, Tina Marie {Kincade Rossiter} McBee of Elkton, MD; two sons, Thomas Lee (Tina) Kincade Jr. of Homosassa, FL, & Richard Dean (Teara) Kincade of Georgetown, IL; one brother, John Rollins of Georgetown, IL; fourteen grandchildren; and twenty great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by: three brothers, Jack Rollins, Robert Rollins, & Ray Rollins; three sisters, Jeanette Rollins, Juanita Cecil, & Annette {Rossiter} Walters. Verna enjoyed her birds and playing Bingo. She continued to watch NASCAR in memory of her husband. In her younger years, Verna raised Chi Wawa puppies and hamsters. A Memorial Life Celebration graveside service will be held at 1:00pm, Saturday, April 23, 2011, at Sunset Memorial Park in Danville, beside the Swan Pond, where Verna & Thomas will be laid to rest together. As were her wishes, Verna was cremated under the immediate supervision of Sunsets Houghton-Leasure Funeral Chapel, A Life Celebration Home, at their onsite crematory.
