Trudy Lynn Carter

Danville Trudy Lynn Carter, 58, of Danville passed away at 3:20 AM on June 29, 2019 at Danville Care Center in Danville, IL.

Trudy was born on March 7, 1961 the daughter of Ernest and Wilma (Edwards) Carter.

Trudy is survived by her daughter, Brandy Carter of Danville, IL, one brother Michael (Elaine) Carter of ??, GA, two sisters, Linda Dennis of Montgomery, IL and Lisa (George) Crawley of Danville, IL and well as two grandchildren, Michael and Michaela Carter and great granddaughter, Zakhyia Robinson.

Trudy is preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Scott Allen Parks.

Trudy worked at CCL for several years and enjoyed spending her free time swimming, fishing, spending time in the outdoors and collecting American Indian artifacts.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2019 at 7:00 PM at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville, Illinois, 3940 N Vermilion St., Danville, Illinois 61834, with Robbie Ketcherside officiating. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 10, 2019, from 5:00 7:00 PM at the funeral home. Per Trudys wishes, cremation rites will be accorded.
