Traci Gill

Traci Gill, 53, of Danville, passed away on January 6, 2016 at Presence Covenant in Urbana, IL. She was born on November 13, 1962 in Danville, the daughter of Jack and Wilma (Lawson) Timm. She married Michael Gill on December 13, 1980 in Danville and he still survives. Traci was a very loving wife, mother and grandmother. She took a great amount of pride in Austin her grandson, proudly watching him in all of his sporting events. She wants so much for Austin to grow and mature into a good man, for he was the center of her world. Traci was employed as a pharmacy tech with Walmart for 12 years. She and Mike owned Scooters Bar and Grill and Gills Concession. Traci dedicated her life to making these businesses successful. Traci will be forever remembered and dearly missed by her family and many friends. She will leave behind her father, Jack Timm, husband, Mike Gill, daughter, Jennifer Gill, sisters; Trudi (Bruce) Hersberger of Sevierville, TN, Tammy (Gary) Davis of Danville, grandson, Austin Camareno and her cherished companions; CoCo, Chloe, Allie and Sissy. Traci was preceded in death by her mother, Wilma Timm and grandparents. A celebration of Traci's life will be held on Monday, January 11, 2016 at 10:00 AM at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville with Fr. Greg Nelson officiating. Visitation will be held from 2:00-5:00 PM on Sunday, January 10, 2016 at the funeral home with a prayer service starting at 1:30 PM. Traci will be laid to rest at Sunset Memorial Park.
