North Las Vegas, Nev. - Todd Allen Hawk, 27, of North Las Vegas and formerly of Cayuga, Indiana, passed away at 8:35 p.m. PDT Saturday, April 27, 2013 at his residence. He was born June 26, 1985, the son of Roberta L. Stiles Kilpatrick and Colonel Ike Hawk. Survivors include his mother, Roberta(Larry)Kilpatrick of Cayuga, Indiana; his father, Colonel Ike Hawk of Puxicho, Missouri; Fiancee and her mother, Sheilah Dasher and Lori Lee both of San Diego, California; two sisters, Ruth(Craig Neher)Hawk of Mooresville, Indiana and Annette(Dale)Hoerr of Peoria, Illinois; three brothers, Colonel Alex hawk of Cayuga, Indiana; Bill(Dana)Hawk of Kingman, Indiana and Steve Stiles of Arizona; nieces and nephews, Chase; Adison; Emma; Isaac; Bennett; Kaden; Jesse; Kylie; Joe and Haley, along with many other nieces, nephews and friends. Todd was currently working at the VA Southern Nevada Healthcare System in North Las Vegas in the housekeeping department. He was a veteran of the Iraq War, serving two tours of duty with the United States Marine Corps, attaining the rank of Cpl. Todd was a 2003 graduate of North Vermillion High School. He attended the Cayuga Christian Church. Todd was a avid Notre Dame and New England Patriots fan. He especially loved watching college football. Todd also enjoyed spending time with his many nieces and nephews. Funeral services: 2 p.m. EDT Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at the Cayuga Christian Church; Officiating: Keith Warner; Burial with military honors will be at the Danville National Cemetery in Danville, Illinois; Visitation: 2 to 8 p.m. EDT Monday, May 6, 2013 at the Cayuga Christian Church and two hours prior to services on Tuesday. Contributions may be made in Todd's memory to his nieces and nephews. DeVerter Funeral Home in Cayuga, Indiana in Charge of arrangements.
