Tiffanie Marie Mitchell

Tiffanie Marie Mitchell, 37, of Tilton, IL passed away at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis on October 7, 2024.

Tiffanie was born on April 26, 1987 the daughter of Timothy and Billie (Blue) Shutes in Danville, IL. She married David Mitchell, Jr. on September 3, 2011 in Danville, IL and he survives.

Survivors include her husband, David Mitchell of Tilton, two daughters, Krissa Sims of Titlon, IL and Rayllena Mitchell of Tilton, IL, her parents, Timothy Shutes of Tilton, IL and Billie (Steve) Miller of Georgetown, IL, siblings, John (Jill) Shutes of Tennessee, Joshua Shutes of Danville, IL and Nichole Steinsdoerfer of Tilton, IL. Tiffanie is also survived by her paternal grandmother, Dorothy Shutes, her mother and father-in law, David and Donna Mitchell, and several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Tiffanie is preceded in death by her brother, Timothy Shutes, II, her paternal grandfather, Charles Shutes and her maternal grandparents.

Tiffanie enjoyed spending her free time taking random car rides, having movie nights and was an excellent cook, especially her Italian Beef, Chili and her Spaghetti. Tiffanie’s world revolved around taking care of her two daughters, whom she loved dearly.

A Celebration of Life Visitation will be held at 5:00-7:00 PM on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville, Illinois, 3940 N Vermilion St. Danville, Illinois 61834.
