Thomas G. Shepherd

Thomas G. Shepherd, 63, of Danville passed away on Monday January 28, 2019 at 9:20pm. Thomas was born on July 31, 1955 the son of James and Frances Shepherd. On November 27, 1982 he married the love of his life Julia Thoma and they have spent the 36 years together, she survives.

Also surviving are sons, John (Lindsey) Shepherd, Jeremy (Shelby Crawford) Shepherd; daughters, Brittany (Joseph) Stelzer, Mindy High; brothers, James Shepherd, Bruce Shepherd, Toby Shepherd, Tony Stepherd, John Shepherd; grandchildren, Jacee, Ronnie, Landen, Charity, Jaiden, Aubrie, Emily, Jack, Uriah, Trinity, Tommy, Maddy, sister-in-law, Kandis (Phil) Conn and brother-in-law, Jeff Thoma

Thomas is preceded in death by his parents, sister, in laws and brother-in-law.

Thomas was a graduate of Westville High School class of 1974. He worked at County Market and enjoyed fishing. Family was the most important thing in Thomass life and he truly loved spending time with his children and going to his grandkids sporting events.

Visitation will be held from 4pm to 7pm on Saturday February 2, 2019 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center 3940 N. Vermilion St. Danville with cremation to follow.
