Tammy Hoffman

Tammy Marie Hoffman, 45, of Westville passed away at 9:10 a.m. EDT Saturday, April 4, 2009 at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. She was born on January 12, 1964 in Carmi, IL the daughter of Robert E. and Betty A. Holland Leathers. She married David A. Hoffman on September 20, 1986 in Grayville, IL. He survives. Other survivors include her parents of Danville, a son, Matthew A. Hoffman of Westville, a daughter, Shaley N. Hoffman of Westville; one brother Terry (Donalea) Leathers of Pontiac, IL; three nephews, Tyler, Joshua, and Dakota Leathers, all of Pontiac, IL. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Robert E. Sr. and Lena N. Leathers, and John M. and Marjorie M. Holland. Tammy worked as a child care provider at Roselawn before opening a day care at her home. She loved working with children. She worked with the Westville and Saints Youth Football programs. She also worked with the Westville youth wrestling and enjoyed teaching the Tigerettes in Westville. Tammy enjoyed camping and loved being with her family, especially her husband and kids.
