Susie Durflinger

Susie Durflinger, 51, of Catlin, formerly of Fisher, passed away at 1:23pm, Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at her home. She was born on March 11, 1967, in Watseka, IL.

Susie loved animals, gardening, and being outside. She also loved to explore abandoned properties, going to auctions, and camping.

She is survived by her parents, Mary & Merwyn Stiger; her life partner, Erik Paulson; her daughter, Breanne (Gaige Watson) Weldon; her grandson, Ethan Watson; and her four siblings and their families.

A Memorial celebration of her life will be held at a later date. Per her wish, she will be cremated. Sunset Funeral Home & Cremation Center of Georgetown, 200 E West Street, assisted her family with arrangements. Memorials may be given to a Humane Society of donors choice.
