Susan Eileen Switzer

Kingman, Ind. - Susan Eileen Switzer, 53, of Kingman, passed away at 8:44 p.m. EDT Tuesday, May 4, 2021 at Franciscan Health Lafayette East in Lafayette, Indiana.

She was born May 29, 1967 in Kansas City, Kansas the daughter of the late John and Mary Lue (Liestman) Oliver.

Susan met the love of her life, Mark in Las Vega, Nevada while he was serving with the United States Air Force 34 years ago. They were married on March 20, 1987 in Las Vegas. He survives.

Other survivors include her daughter: Aubrey Switzer of Kingman, Indiana; seven honorary grandchildren; two sisters: Connie Oliver of Topeka, Kansas and Debra (Donald) Reynolds of Kansas City, Kansas; brother: David Oliver of Kingman, Indiana, and several nieces and nephews.

Susan was a homemaker. She enjoyed being with her daughter, spending time outdoors, camping, fishing, mowing, crocheting, watching motocross, Indianapolis Colts and spending time with her grandchildren and family.

Funeral services: 2 p.m. EDT Tuesday, May 11, 2021 at DeVerter Funeral Home in Cayuga, Indiana; Officiating: Rev. Keith Klossner; Burial: Miller Cemetery, Lodi, Indiana; Visitation: Noon EDT Tuesday, May 11, 2021 until time of services at the funeral home.
