Susan A. Snider

Susan A. Snider, 74, of Danville passed away on Saturday February 2, 2019. Sue was born on February 12, 1944 the daughter of Earl and Martha Wheeler. On July 15, 1964 she married the love of her life Jerry L. Snider, he survives.

Also surviving are sons, Jerry E. Snider of Tilton, Mark Allen Snider, of Columbus, GA, daughter, Beth Casey of Knoxville, TN; grandchildren, Trevor Snider U.S.M.C., Gregory Snider of Paxton, IL, Thomas Snider of Fisher, IL, Robert Casey of Knoxville, TN, Andrew Casey of Watertown, SD; great grandchildren Jasper Snider, Madison Snider, Adeline Casey and sisters-in-law Kathie Case of Danville and Jovon Sungail of Catlin.

Sue is preceded in death by her parents and son-in-law Pat Casey.

Sue attended Oakwood High School. She worked in the daycare at First Baptist Church. Sue attended Calvary Baptist and in her spare time she enjoyed reading and spending time with her family. She will be deeply missed.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at 10AM on Wednesday February 6, 2019 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center 3940 N. Vermilion St. in Danville. Officiating will be Pastor Joe Humrichous of First Baptist Church of Covington. Burial will be in Sunset Memorial Park in Danville. Visitation will be held from 5PM to 8PM on Tuesday February 5, 2019 at the funeral home.
