Sue Carol (Budnovich) White

Sue Carol (Budnovich) White, 87, of Indianapolis, IN, passed away on June 5, 2026.

Sue was born to Joseph and Nellie (Jobe) Budnovich on January 9, 1939 in Danville, IL.

Sue married her husband, Larry White, on December 17, 1960. Together, they lovingly raised their children: Chris (Pam) White of Danville, IL; Connie Britton of Indianapolis, IN; Kim (Roger) Satterwhite of Celina, TX; and Dawn (Tim) Lee of Avon, IN.

Sue is also survived by her eight grandchildren, many great-grandchildren, her brother, Bob (Paula) Budnovich; daughter-in-law, Susan (White) Howe; and two very special people, Wayne Fritz and Rhonda Damery.

Sue was preceded in death by her beloved husband; her parents; her son, Richard White; her grandson, Joshua White; and her siblings, Norma Roberts, Barbara Curtis, Wayne Budnovich, and Don Budnovich.

Sue worked alongside her husband, Larry, to build their family business, White Construction. She had a gift for making flower arrangements, enjoyed gardening and cooking, but her greatest joy was always her family. She lived by one simple yet beautiful goal: to do something kind for someone every day, and she carried that spirit with her throughout her entire life.

Though she will be deeply missed, Sue will be forever remembered for her warmth, kindness, generosity, and the unwavering love she showed to all who were fortunate enough to know her.

A Celebration of Life Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville, Illinois, 3940 N Vermilion St. Danville, Illinois 61834. Roger Satterwhite will officiate. Visitation will be held from 1-2:00 PM on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 at the funeral home in Danville, IL.
