Alcide "Sid" G. Trahan II, 82, of Covington passed away on November 23, 2023 at the Waters of Covington. The Navy veteran was born on February 5, 1941 in Portsmouth, New Hampshire. A visitation will take place from 11:00 am - 12:00 pm EST on Saturday, December 2, 2023 at Sunset Funeral Homes Covington Chapel, located at 420 3rd Street in Covington. A memorial service celebrating his life will follow the visitation at the funeral home at 12:00 pm EST.
