SHERRIL KAY MC NEESE BOWMAN WHEELER Sherril Kay McNeese Bowman Wh eeler, 45, of Tilton, passed away January 31, 2010 at her home with her family by her side. Sherril was born on September 8, 1964, in Danville, the daughter of Kenneth and Phyllis (Johnson) McNeese. She previously married Kenneth Bowman in 1981 in Danville and later married Bill Wheeler. They both survive. She is also survived by her parents; one son- Kenneth Bowman Jr. of Danville; two daughters- Miranda (Christopher) Counce and Amanda (James) Rice both of Danville; one brother- Kenneth Rob McNeese Jr. of Tilton; one sister- Mary Ann McNeese of Tilton; maternal grandmother- Violet Johnson of Danville; and five grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandfather and paternal grandparents. Sherril worked at Help at Home as a caretaker for the last four years. She previously worked at Masterguard. She enjoyed listening to music, shopping and being with her grandchildren. She was also an avid Bears and Colts fan. Graveside services will be at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, February 4, 2010 at Sunset Memorial Park, with Joseph Hutchins officiating. Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center is in charge of arrangements.
