Sherri Smith

GEORGETOWN - Sherri A. Sharbear' Smith, 41, of Georgetown, formerly of Danville, went to be with her Lord at 6:08 am on Wednesday, July 21st, 2004, at her residence. She was born on July 8th, 1963, in Danville, the daughter of Leland and Patricia Pedigo Van Camp. They both survive. She married Brian Smith on November 28th, 1992, at Home Garden Church of the Nazarene. He survives her. Those who will miss her are: her sisters, Viki (Jesse) McAllister of Hudson, IL, and Tanya (Jerry) Richter of Zionsville, IN; her paternal grandmother, Maxine Van Camp; her nephews, Jarren Van Camp, Corby Carl, & Kiel Carl; her nieces, Gabbi Richter, Mari Richter, & Chaia Richter; two step-nieces, Nichole McAllister & Erin McClain; two great nephews; one great niece; many cousins, aunts, uncles, along with several other nieces & nephews; her special friends, Lisa, Johanna, Becky, Laura, & Tammy. Her maternal grandparents- Elizabeth & Donald Pedigo, paternal grandfather- Harry Van Camp, and two uncles preceded her in death. Sherri had formerly worked at Prairie Communications and recently at McDonald's of South Danville. She will be remembered as a very caring and loving person who enjoyed living life to the fullest. She cherished her family and friends. Sherri enjoyed in listening to country music, surfing the web, and camping with her husband.
