Shella L. High, 65, of Georgetown, passed away on Friday, December 20, 2019 at IU Health University Hospital, Indianapolis, IN. She was born on July 23, 1954 in Danville, IL, the daughter of James H. and Dorothy (Stevens) High. She was united in marriage to Larry Farrell, he preceded her in death in 1986.
She will be dearly missed by her sons, David Farrell of Georgetown and Jason (Andrea) Farrell of Perrysville, IN; brothers, Dean High of Danville, IL, Jim High of Danville, IL and Billie High of Indiana; sisters, Sharon Mollet of Georgetown, IL and Margaret Wick, of Louisiana; grandchildren, Aaron Howard, Shelbie Farrell, Toby Howard, Mason Farrell, Madison Farrell, Libby Farrell and Boston Farrell. Shella was preceded in death by her parents and daughter, Randi Rennaker.
Shella was employed at Walmart and Caseys General Store for many years. She enjoyed spending time in the outdoors with her sons. She also loved spending time with her sister, Sharon and her grandchildren. She will be missed by all that knew her.
Per her wishes, Shella will be accorded cremation rites and family will having be having a private service. Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Georgetown, Illinois 200 E. West St. Georgetown, Illinois 61846 is assisted her family with arrangements. Memorial donations may be given in her name to the donors choice.
