Shaun Cooper, 69, born on May 17, 1956, in Danville, Illinois, passed away on April 29, 2026, at Williamsport Hospital in Williamsport, Indiana. He was a dedicated professional who retired from Steel Grip, Inc. after many years, contributing his skills and commitment with unwavering loyalty.

A man of diverse interests, Shaun found joy playing the guitar, engaging in running and bicycling, and kayaking. He had a deep love for reading and was an avid fan of sports, eagerly cheering on the Indianapolis Colts and the Indiana University Hoosiers.

Shaun was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 40 years, Marcia (Osborn) Cooper, and his parents, Doris Cooper and Dorothy (McCord) Cooper. His memory will forever be cherished by his son Joe Cooper and daughter Megan Easter. He is also survived by his sister Donna (Mike) Meuer, parents-in-law Lowell and Betty Osborn, and brothers-in-law Eric (Lisa) Osborn and Tracey (Colleen) Osborn, along with many nieces and nephews who hold his memory dear.

Family and friends are invited to pay their respects during a visitation on May 16, 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at Sunset Funeral Home & Cremation Center, located at 420 3rd St, Covington, Indiana.
