Scott Sullivan

CHICAGO - Scott Paige Sullivan, 56, of Chicago, passed away at 6:06pm on Sunday, June 11th, 2006, at Advocate Illinois Masonic Hospital of Chicago. He was born on July 17th, 1949, in Chicago, IL, the son of Adele Scott Guntor (deceased) and Richard Paige (deceased), grandson of Peter & Stella Guntor (deceased) and of Clyde & Siri Sullivan (deceased), and nephew of Ore & Barbara Vacketta (deceased). He is survived by his step-parents, Dr. Ralph and Gladys (Shaw) Sullivan and leaves behind many aunts, uncles, and cousins. Scott was a graduate of the University of Illinois with a degree in special education and music. He was a psychiatric technician at Lutheran General Hospital for 20 years; a music teacher at Wells High School for the last few years recuperating from his health. His hobbies included arts and crafts, singing at different churches around Chicago and once in a while, he would sing at Trinity United Church of Christ and St. Marys Church in Westville.
