Scott Michael Deeken, 49, passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at his home in Danville. He was born on November 20, 1970 in Dallas, TX the son of Mike and Terry Deeken (nee Mae Fleischer).
Scott graduated from Bismarck High School in May of 1989. He then attended ITT Technical Institute in Indianapolis, Indiana, where he graduated with a diploma in Air Conditioning, Heating and Refrigeration in June 1991. He worked in and around Danville, installing and repairing heating and refrigeration equipment. Scott enjoyed the outdoors, hiking, camping and he visited many national parks with his family. He enjoyed his "Man Cave" home but was very sociable and sought the company of others. He loved his family and son very much.
Scott will be missed by his dad, Mike; mom, Mae Fleischer; brothers, Jesse Hart and Kyle Orozco; and his son, Kyle Deeken. He left us too soon, he has gone to be with his grandpa and grandma, Bob and Opal Deeken, whom had a big hand in raising him and he love very much.
Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville, Illinois, 3940 N Vermilion St. Danville, Illinois 61834 has been entrusted with arrangements. He will be cremated and laid to rest next to his dad in the Deeken plot in Sunset Memorial Park.
