Scott worked at Parks Livestock, was the supervising maintenance person for Hawkeye Foods, was a truck driver for SuperValu and AMC before going into the construction business. His CB handle was Crazy Kid. Scott's passion was building houses. He was just starting to live out his dream and he had so much more he wanted to do. He and his wife had plans to travel to different states, flip houses, and visit out of state relatives. They had just returned from a trip to Colorado for their son's wedding. The last place they visited was The Garden of the Gods. God chose Scott there, because there's a picture with a ray of sunlight going right through Scott's heart while he's standing in The Garden of the Gods. Scott enjoyed doing various projects for his family and friends who often called him Mr. Fix It and Bob The Builder. He made wooden beds, dressers, bookshelves, desks, etc. He always said, 'I can do anything!' All you had to do was give him an idea of what you wanted and he figured out the details and got it done perfectly! He would do anything for anyone at any time without a second of hesitation! He loved spending time with his wonderful children, playing with his beautiful grandchildren, teaching his great nephews about construction, and especially helping his mom. He also enjoyed working in his yard with his wife, mowing, doing tree work, cutting firewood, playing with his dogs, riding his motorcycle, and mushroom hunting. We know Scott was extra special because he had so many people praying for him to get well, but God still wanted him so badly for Himself. We know Scott is no longer in pain and is up there in Heaven building mansions in the sky for us.
