Sally Ann Pacini, 75, of Georgetown, passed away at 12:20am, Sunday, October 2, 2016, at Gardenview Manor, Danville, with her family by her side after a long illness. Mrs. Pacini was born on January 31, 1941, in Chicago, Illinois, to Clyde and Helen May {Jurkowski} Carpenter. She moved to Marathon County, Wisconsin, in the 1980's where she was a proprietor to two taverns. She owned a supper club, Sally's at the Y, in Sturgeon Bay, WI, and was a great cook. She was always a wonderful host and was loved by many. Mrs. Pacini relocated to Georgetown in 2003 to be close to her children because of illness. Her life will ever be cherished in the memories of: her sister, Delores Kingery; her brother, Butch (Colleen) Carpenter; sister-in-law, Penny Carpenter; her six children, Julie (Andy) Wilson, Claire (Dennis) Davis, Carolyn (Jeff) West, James (Lorre) Tellone, Suzanne (Michael) Langer, & John D. Tellone; her devoted companion for over 30 years, Dennis Elpert; her thirteen grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; and her beloved Chihuahua, Bella. She was preceded in death by: her parents; her sister, Barbara Marquardt; two brothers, Robert Carpenter and William Carpenter; and her brothers-in-law, William Marquardt and Clifford Kingery. A special "Thank You" to Carle Hospice and the Gardenview Manor Nursing Home - E Section third shift RN Becky and her two CNAs. A Memorial Mass will be held at 11:00am, Thursday, October 13, 2016 at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 231 N State St, Westville, IL, 61883, with Fr. Timothy Saupp officiating. Cremation rites have been accorded. Sunset's Houghton-Leasure Funeral Home, Georgetown, IL, assisted her family with arrangements.
