Ruth Wright

Ruth Wright, 89, of Danville, passed away January 23, 2014. She was born March 10, 1924 in Danville, IL the Daughter of Frank and Iva Gray Hyland. She is survived her children, Tom (Starla) Wright, Pat (Tim) Pratt, Junior (Kim) Wright, Barb (John) Esarey, Tim (Tammy) Wright; her grandchildren, Rachael Wright-French, Becki Wright, Terry Wright, James Cramer, Stephen Cramer, Amber Harper, J.T. Wright, Justin Warnick, Mandy Thrasher, Heather Dominguez, Ashley Wright, Holly Stine, Timothy Wright, Tyne, and B.J. Esarey; her 19 Great-Grandchildren; and two Great-Great-Grandchild. She was preceded in death by her parents; her brothers, Frank, Harold, Jim, and Henry Hyland; and three grandchildren Eddie Lee Cramer, Evelyn Rose Troxel, and Mandy Jo Wright. Ruth loved to plant flowers in her flower beds. She also enjoyed spending time reading, Ruth loved to read the bible, and teach children about the Lord. She also loved listening to music. In her younger years Ruth would often go fishing with her children. Above all else, Ruth loved her family; especially her 15 grandchildren. She will be sorely missed by anyone who was fortunate enough to have known her. A celebration of Ruths life will be held at 10am on Monday January 27, 2014 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, A Life Celebration Home in Danville. A visitation will be held on Sunday January 26, 2014 from 2pm to 6pm at the funeral home.
