Ruby Poulson

Ruby G. Poulson, age 95, of Danville, previously of Alvin, passed away at 3:28 pm on Saturday, January 31, 2009, at St. Clare Medical Center in Crawfordsville, IN. She was born May 5, 1913 in Williamsport, IN., the daughter of Roy Odle and Anna (Phipps) Odle. Ruby married Lewis Poulson on January 19, 1935 in Alvin, IL. He preceded her in death on May 8, 1983. Ruby is survived by two daughters: Kay (George) Hardy of Danville and Patti (Larry) Watson of Danville, 6 grand-children, 12 great grand-children, and 2 great-great-grand-children. Ruby spent her life as a homemaker. A private family graveside service will be held for Ruby on Thursday, February 5, 2009, at Potomac Cemetery with Glenn Huffman officiating. Sunset Funeral Home & Cremation Center is in charge of arrangements.
