Roxy Bertelli Roxy Bertelli, 68, of Westville, passed away at 12:13pm, Wednesday, April 10, 2013, at her home. She was born on September 25, 1944, in Texas, the daughter of Carl & Exie {Decker} Callaway, both deceased. She was united in marriage to Jerry Bertelli on August 10, 1963, in Arkansas, until his passing in May of 2000. She enjoyed collecting Native American memorabilia, going mushroom hunting, fishing, and camping. Most of all, she loved spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchild. Those who will miss her include: her son, Rodney Butch' (Karrin) Bertelli of Lafayette, IN; her daughter, Candy (Barry) Gurney of Clinton, IN; her grandchildren, Stephanie (Michael Crisp) Gurney, Johnathon Gurney, Michael Gurney, Jerry Gurney, Dean Bertelli, Matthew Bertelli, Emmalee Bertelli, & Holly Bertelli; her great grandchild, Aaliyah Warner; her sisters, Betty Lonadier of Orange TX, Mamie Compton & Myrtle Webb, both of Oklahoma; and several nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by: her son, Joseph Bertelli; her sister, Janie Mitchell; and special friend, Raymond Wills. A celebration of Roxy's life will be held at Noon, Saturday, April 13, 2013, at Sunset-Urbas Funeral Chapel, Westville, with Pastor Don Pruitt officiating. Visitation will be held 10am to Noon on Saturday before the service. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be given in her name to donor's choice.
