Kingman, Ind. - Roxanne I. (Nixon) McQueen, 44, of Kingman passed away at 8:02 p.m. CDT Sunday, May 31, 2020 at OSF Healthcare in Danville, Illinois.

She was born May 23, 1976 in Danville, Illinois to Walter and Marilyn (DeMotte) Nixon and they survive.

Surviving along with her parents are her children: Trenton Reese, Tylin Rain and Teagan Rhetly; three sisters: Robin (Rex) Whittington of Kingman, Indiana, Rose (Rick) DuBois of Clinton, Indiana, Becky (Matt Davis) Nixon of Covington, Indiana; three brothers: Rusty Nixon of Perrysville, Indiana, Robby (Kelly) Woolwine of Kingman, Indiana, Royce Nixon of Perrysville, Indiana; granddaughter Allonie Leigh, and loving friend and partner, Chad Woodrow of Lafayette, Indiana.

Roxanne was preceded in death by one sister: Tammy Remington and one brother: Rodney Nixon.

Roxanne was a member of the United States Bowling Association. In her spare time she enjoyed bowling, watching reality TV shows, watching 'The Voice' and spending time with her family and friends.

Graveside service and inurnment: Saturday, June 6, 2020 at 2 p.m. EDT at Silver Island Cemetery in Silver Island, Indiana (Rural Kingman). There will be no visitation. DeVerter Funeral Home in Cayuga, Indiana is caring for the family. Contributions may be made to the Betty Ford Foundation or to the Cleveland Clinic.
