Rosemary Woodrum

Rosemary A. Woodrum, 75, of Terre Haute passed away at 8:35 PM at The Gibson Family Center for Hospice Care in Terre Haute on September 6, 2023.

Rosemary was born on July 13, 1948 the daughter of John Carl and Irene Mary (Szabo) Bonner in Evergreen Park, IL. She married Virgil Woodrum on February 1, 1969 in Hammond, IN and he preceded her in death on December 20, 1977.

Survivors include her son, Brian Woodrum and his girlfriend, Lauren Bentley of Terre Haute, IN, four grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Alyssa, Justin and Holden, as well as five siblings, Richard Bonner, Chris (Barb) Bonner, Cecilia (Randy) Bennett, Carol Vandevender and Robert (Monica) Bonner and four brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Alan (Rebecca) Woodrum, Clifford (JoEllen) Woodrum, Ruth Staley and Leslie (Jane) Woodrum.

Rosemary is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Virgil Woodrum and daughter, Michele Wolfgang.

Rosemary graduated from Indiana State with a bachelors degree and worked at Kroger for many years as a Cashier. She attended Cross Lane Community Church and enjoyed spending her free time dining out, attending church services, and watching movies and her television programs.

A Celebration of Life Graveside Service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at Sunset Memorial Park in Danville, IL. Clifford Woodrum will officiate. Visitation will be held from 9-11:00 AM on Thursday, September 14, 2023 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Danville, Illinois, 3940 N Vermilion St. Danville, IL 61834.
