Rosemarie Bradford

Rosemarie Bradford, 85, of Danville, passed away at 12:28am, Monday, April 09, 2018, at Champaign County Nursing Home, Urbana. She was born on November 5, 1932, in Danville, IL. The daughter of Frank & Madeline (Sweeney) Dorsey. She was united in marriage to Ralph "Dean" Bradford on March 15, 1987, he survives. She will be dearly missed by her son, Charles Greer III; daughter, Debra Gouty; grandchildren, Billy, Clint, & James Gouty; great grandchildren, Jacob, Caitlin, Kyle, Colburn, Blaze Gouty & Yasmine Camareno; two great great grandchildren. Rosemarie was preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Charles Greer Jr; brother, Jack Dorsey; sister, Margaret Greer. Rosemarie graduated from Schlarman High School. She then worked for General Electric for 32 years. A member of Holy Family Catholic Church, Danville, American Legion Auxiliary in Danville & DanGE Club. She enjoyed taking long walks in the woods with her husband & dog, also working in the yard. Rosemarie loved spending time with her family & grandchildren. A celebration of Rosemarie's life will be held at 10:00am on Friday, April 13, 2018 at Sunset Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 3940 N. Vermilion, Danville. A visitation will be held from 5:00pm to 7:00pm on Thursday, April 12, 2018 at the funeral home with a Catholic rosary held at 4:30pm. She will be laid to rest in Resurrection Cemetery.
