Rose Pratt

Rose Katherine Pratt, 65, of Tilton, passed away at 5:43 a.m. on Wednesday, October 20, 2004 at University Hospital in Indianapolis, IN. She was born May 8, 1939 in Covington, Indiana, the daughter of the late Kenneth and Freidda (Coonce) Cassidy. She married Robert Earl Pratt on August 25,1953 in Veedersburg, Indiana. He survives. Other survivors include: 13 Children: Dot (Marty) Acord of Westville, Robyn (John) Duprey of Danville, Robert Pratt, Jr. of Alvin, Rhonda (David) Phillips of Tilton, Mike (Kathy) Pratt of Home Gardens, IL, Kenneth (Belinda) Pratt of Alvin, Keith (Debbie) Pratt of Danville, Ruston (Angie) Pratt of Tilton, Dana (David) Bostwick of Avon, IN, Scott (Tammy) Pratt of Westville, Leighton Pratt of Montgomery, AL, Brandon (Mellisa) Pratt of Tilton, Jennifer (Brian) Noel of Home Gardens, IL; 4 Brothers- Tom, Butch, Monte and Chuck Cassidy; 1 Sister- Martha Nunn; 59 Grandchildren and 38 Great-Grandchildren; Special Friend-Effrain "Migo" Carrillo, special niece and nephew-Arnold and Paula Pratt; and her special dog "Indy". Her Sister- Marge Sharp, Brother-Kenneth Cassidy, 3 Grandchildren- Christopher Duprey, Kennedy Pratt, and Travis Bostwick, preceded her in death. Rose graduated from DACC as an LPN and worked at Vermilion Manor, retiring in 1988. She was an avid doll collector and loved for Robert to take her to auctions, rummage sales, and flea markets. She also loved to attend every football and baseball game that her grandchildren were in; but most of all she loved being with her family and friends.
