Rose Ann Montgomery

Rose Ann Montgomery 73 of Oakwood passed away at 11:38 am Thursday November 18, 2004 at Provena Logan Campus. She was born September 24, 1931 in Dixon IL the Daughter of Carl and Lillian Carlson. Rose married Dwight "Dean" Montgomery on May 3, 1968 in Decatur, he survives also three sons; Douglas Payne of Fort Myers FL, Mark (Brenda) Payne of Danville and Scott Payne of Danville, two daughters; Penny Payne" Davis of Danville, Jill (Gary) Evans of Stevens Point WI, one sister Shirley Alger of Horseshoe Bend Ky, fifteen Grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren. Rose was preceded by her parents and one grandson. She was a member of the Holy Communion Chapel of Danville. Rose enjoyed fishing and flower gardening. Rose loved to care for her horses.
