Ronda Wills, 70, of Danville passed away on May 24, 2018 at OSF Sacred Heart Medical Center in Danville. She was born on August 16, 1947 in Danville the daughter of Kenneth and Wilma (Hulse) Smith. She married Robert DeMarse on February 18, 1977, he preceded her in death in 2005. She later married Harry Wills on October 10, 2015, he survives. Ronda worked as an administrative assistant for many years and served as the records clerk for Muscatine Police Department. Ronda was a devoted mother, fabulous cook and loved to crochet. She cherished spending time with her family and volunteering her time at Pleasant Meadows Nursing Home and the Humane Society. Ronda was a member at Crossroads Christian Church and loved helping out with the senior lunches. She is survived by her children, Ronald (Tracy) DeMarse of Bowling Green, KY, Robecca (Andy) Anderson of Grayslake, IL; sisters, Sue (Gordon) Smock of Alvin, IL, Kenna (Larry) Smock of Rossville, IL, Lynne (John) Fetters of Washington, IL; grandchildren, Elizabeth, Veronique, Aron, Oscar DeMarse, Abby, Asa Anderson and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Robert and brother, David Smith. Visitation will be held from 5-7 PM, May 31, 2018 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 3940 North Vermilion, Danville, IL 61834. Funeral service will be held Friday June 1, 2018 at 10 AM at the funeral home with Miles Clark officiating. Burial will take place at Maple Grove Cemetery in Milford, IL.
