Roger Porter

Roger Porter, 65, of Hillsdale, Indiana passed away on Friday April 7, 2023, at The Lane House in Crawfordsville, Indiana. Roger was born September 20, 1957, the son of Alvie and Mary (Westmoreland) Porter.

Roger leaves behind three children; Stephanie Hale, Dustin (Ashley) Porter and Jesse Porter, one grandson; Colton Toms, two brothers; Dave Porter and Alan (Edie) Porter.

Roger was preceded in death by his parents and one sister Leona Ryan.

Roger retired from Duke Energy. He enjoyed hunting and fishing, playing basketball or watching others play basketball. He also enjoyed Drag racing, and just being around Hot Rods. Most of all Roger enjoyed spending time with his family.

A celebration of Rogers life will take place on Saturday April 15, 2023 at New Song Worship Center 4719 Elm Tree Rd Cayuga, Indiana 47928 at 12:30 est. with a visitation 10:30-12:30 est.
