Roger Earl Heath

Roger Heath, 59, of Georgetown, passed away at 5:02pm, Monday, May 28, 2012, at Carle Foundation Hospital, Urbana. He was born on December 6, 1952, the son of Ralph and Mildred {Smith} Heath. He was previously married to Tina Fuqua. He is survived by: his father, Ralph Heath of Danville; his son, Chazz (Linda) Fuqua of Harmontown, Mississippi; his grandchildren, Annabella, Jeremy, & Lydia Fuqua; his brother, Eddie Heath of Danville; his special friend, Crystal Newell of Mahomet; and many nieces & nephews. He was preceded in death by: his mother, Mildred; and his sister, Diana Lee. Roger worked at his family business, Heath Automotive, as manager. He enjoyed riding his motorcycle, camping, mushroom hunting, & gardening. He was an avid Nascar fan and a big fan of Dale Earnhart. Most of all, Roger enjoyed being with his family & friends and spending time with his faithful dog, Caysir. A celebration of Roger's life will be held at 10:00am, Saturday, June 2, 2012, at Sunset-Urbas Funeral Chapel, Westville, with Ken Cameron officiating. Visitation will be 4-8pm, Friday, June 1, 2012, at the funeral home. He will be laid to rest in Mount Hope Cemetery, Covington, IN. Memorial donations are welcomed to help with the purchase of a grave marker.
