Rodney F. Hagerman, 55, of Georgetown, passed away at 5:29pm, Sunday, May 1, 2011, at his home. He was born on September 12, 1955, in Danville, IL, the son of Franklin and Norma Agnes {Zenke} Hagerman, both of whom preceded him in death, as well as, his brother, Robert Fraser. He leaves behind: his brothers, Terry Fraser of Salineville, OH, & Richard (Karen) Fraser of Georgetown; his sister-in-law, Phyllis Fraser of Georgetown; his nieces & nephews, Brian (Christine) Fraser of Neoga, IL, Amy (Brian) Sowinski of OFallon, MO, Kim Fraser of Georgetown, Heather (Aaron) Fraser-Soule of Georgetown, Sean Fraser of Champaign, & Teri Robin Fraser of Bloomington, IL; and his great nieces & great nephews, Joshua & Emma Fraser, Claire Sowinksi, and Ruby & Annika Fraser-Soule. Rodney worked at Danville Country Club for 37 years in maintenance. He was known as an avid Hot Wheels collector and enjoyed going to Michigan to go snowmobiling with his brothers. Rodney also enjoyed pro-wrestling. Most of all, he loved being with his family. A celebration of Rodneys life will be held 10:00am, Thursday, May 5, 2011, at Sunsets Houghton-Leasure Funeral Chapel, A Life Celebration Home, Georgetown with Phil Miller officiating. Visitation will be held 4-8pm, Wednesday, May 4, 2011, at the funeral home. He will be laid to rest in Woodlawn Cemetery, Indianola. Memorial donations may be given in his name to American Heart Association or American Cancer Society. Condolences may be sent to his family at www.sunsetfuneralhome.com .
