Danville - Robert Allen Weaver, 72, of Danville passed away at 2:30 PM on Friday, February 26. 2016 at Presence United Samaritans Medical Center. He was born on April 20, 1943 in Danville to Merle Russel and Aileen Maxine (McArtor) Weaver. He married Sandra Kay Ribbe on October 27, 1963 in Danville. She survives. He is survived by two children, Tracy (Darren) Bodine of Monticello and Brad Allen Weaver of Chicago; a brother, Jim (Sam) Weaver; sister, Carolyn (Peter) Tschomakoff; and five grandchildren, Hannah, Luke, Owen, Ava, And Eliza. He was preceded in death by his parents. Bob owned and operated Weaver Sales and Service, where he began work 52 years ago with his father. He was a member of the Bismarck Men's Club, and enjoyed spending a lot of his time outside of work assisting with many of the Bismarck-Henning Schools' activities. Bob also loved to be on the lake boating and fishing, visiting with people, and feeding his birds and squirrels in his yard. A service to celebrate the life of Bob Weaver will be held at 10 AM on Thursday, March 3, 2016 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, A Life Celebration Home in Danville. Pastor Ed Stone will officiate. Entombment will be at Sunset Memorial Park. Visitation will be held from 4-8 PM on Wednesday, March 2, also at Sunset in Danville. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Hegeler Cancer Center in Danville.
