Robert Larrance

Robert J. Larrance, 83, of Cayuga, Indiana, passed away on Friday April 26, 2024, at Carle Hospital in Urbana, Illinois. Bob was born May 1, 1940, in Indianola, Illinois, the son of Claude and Melissa (Rhode) Larrance. Bob married Judith Galyen; she survives.

Also surviving are Bobs children; Tami Dixon, Doug (Lee Ann) Larrance, Michelle (Rob) Gajewski, and Teresa (Brett) Key, his grandchildren; Micah, and Shanna Dixon, Callie (Austin) Jones, Cassie (Payne) Smith, Mattie (Parker) Vandyke, Ben and Ali Gajewski, Katie (Chase) Arihood, and Sean (Victoria) Finklea, great grandchildren; Creegan, Creighton, Phynn, Clay, Nathan, and Luke. Bob was preceded in death by his parents, an infant sister, Claudett June Larrance, and one sister Betty Plummer.

Bob was a truck driver, something he had been doing since he was 17 years old. He enjoyed riding around the neighborhood in his red pickup. He also enjoyed hunting, if it was mushrooms, rabbits, squirrels, or deer he always enjoyed the time out in the woods. Most of all he loved just being home.
