Robert L. Jolley

Robert L. Jolley, 44, of Danville, Illinois passed away on Thursday, Aprill 11, 2024, at OSF Sacred Heart Medical Center in Danville, Illinois.

He was born October 6, 1979, in Danville to Lita (Teeters) Trimble.

Surviving along with his mother are his two daughters: Kelsie Jolley and Carrie Jolley; his significant other: Mitzi Fox; two granddaughters: Lilian Jones and Novalee Jones; and his brother: Joel (Kelly) Alvarez.

Robby was preceded in death by his maternal grandmother Marcella Thompson; his aunt: Joyce Jumps; one cousin: Jeremy Beasley and one nephew: Antonio Alvarez.

Robby worked as a machine operator at Gemco in Danville, Illinois. He had a love for music and enjoyed playing guitar, singing karaoke and listening to his favorite Elvis tunes.

A Celebration of Life for Robby will be held at 2PM on Friday, April 19, 2024, with Pastor Jay Sorrell officiating at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center 3940 N Vermilion Street Danville, Illinois. Burial will follow at Sunset Memorial Park. Visitation will be from 12PM-2PM on Friday April 19, 2024, at the funeral home.

Memorials in Robbys name may be made to the "You Matter Initiative" inspired by Antonio Alvarez through Step Up non-profit organization.
