Robert Dean Hannan

Covington, IN- Robert Dean Hannan, Sr., 62, of Indianapolis, IN, formerly of Covington, passed away on September 27, 2013 at Indiana University Hospital in Avon, IN. He was born on July 8, 1951 in Clinton, IN to Harold and Edith Ashby Hannan. He married Donna M. Seyfert on September 25, 2004 at the Wabash Chapel in Covington, IN. She survives. Also surviving are a step-son Caleb Gibbs; two nephews, Bill Hannan and Ed Hannan; four nieces, Linda Kennedy, Genevra Field, Anita Westlund, and Georgia Patterson; sister-in-law Helen Hannan; several cousins, and close friends, Glen Davis, Ray Engle, and Ann, Mark, and Matt Mosesso. He was preceded in death by his parents and three brothers, William Hannan, George Hannan, and Harold Hannan. Bob was an over the road truck driver for over 20 years. He had most recently worked for Venture Logistics in Indianapolis until 2011. A memorial service for Robert Dean Hannan, Sr. will be held at the Wabash Chapel in Covington, IN at 1 PM on Friday, October 4, 2013. Pastor Paul Kirby will officiate. Cremated rites have been accorded by Sunsets Covington Chapel. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or the American Heart Foundation.
