Robert Dale Curry

Robert Dale Curry 82, of Westville, passed away at 7:00 a.m. Saturday July 29, 2017 at Presence USMC Danville. He was born on February 15 1935 in Green Co, Illinois, the son of Preston and Julia Cameror Curry. He will be missed by his two son's Randy (Lana) Curry of Tilton and Timothy (Patti) Curry of Sapulpa, OK, a step-daughter Marion (Rick) O'neil, also 6 grandchildren and several great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Delores, daughter Jill and two brothers and one sister. Robert retired after 40 years in the construction trade. He enjoyed fishing and spending time with his family and friends. Robert was a big fan of the Chicago Cubs and the Illini. A celebration of Robert's life will be at 1:00pm Monday July 31, 2017 at Sunset-Urbas Funeral Chapel, 414 S. State St., Westville, with Pastor John Mincy officiating. Visitation for family and friends will be at 11:00a.m. to 1:00p.m. prior to his service at the funeral home on Monday. Burial will be in Newtown Cemetery.
