Danville – Robert “Bobby” A. Fauver, Jr., 51, of Danville passed away at 2:08 PM on Friday, June 6, 2025 at OSF Sacred Heart in Danville. He was born December 3, 1973 in Danville, the son of Candy Brown. He married Kimberly K. Curry on June 11, 2019 in Las Vegas, NV. She survives.

Also surviving are his mother, Candy Brown of Cayuga, IN; five children, Cody (Jess) Gagnon of Champaign, Sadie Hoskins of Boswell, IN, Cole Fauver of Danville, Gavin Fauver of Tilton, and Sierra (Dustin) Hume of Tilton; a brother, Scott (Salina) Fauver of Danville; grandchildren, Melanie and Chevelle Johnson and Nova Loden; sister-in-law, Charlotte Robbins of Danville; aunts and uncles, Don and Cathy Hudson and Henry and Lucy Setser; nieces and nephews, Quinten (Stormy) Fauver, Azariah Fauver, Brandon (Sam) Pavlick, Kassidy Collins, and Michael (Marlane) Robbins; and great-nieces and nephews, Lily, Christopher, and Joseph Pavlick, Lukah Fauver, Whitney Carpenter, and Truxton Robbins.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Leon Brown and Mary Brown, and an uncle, Claude Brown.

Bobby passed this life doing what he loved doing, and it was playing golf. He had a love for all sports. During football season he would be cheering on the Dallas Cowboys and in baseball season, it was the Chicago Cubs.

Bobby was an avid bowler since a young age. He would often travel to go to tournaments and his family would tag along to watch him bowl. He then passed the reigns over to his youngest son, Gavin. Bobby became a certified youth bowling coach when he and Kim took over the Junior Bowling League. In return, Bobby gained 40 more kids.

Bobby was also a poker player. He looked forward to playing golf with his brother, Scott, and his best friends David Winchester and Todd Wright.

A service to celebrate the life of Bobby Fauver will be held at 12 PM on Saturday, June 14, 2025 at the V3 Vineyard Church in Danville. Pastor Jay Sorrell will officiate. Visitation will also be held from 10 AM – 12 PM on Saturday, prior to the service at the V3 Church. Cremation has been entrusted to Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, 3940 N. Vermilion St., Danville, Il 61834. Memorials in Bobby’s name may be made to the Lincoln Lanes Junior Bowling League.
