Robert 'Bob' Roberts

Robert E. "Bob" Roberts 75 of Danville passed away at 6:38P.M. Monday December 13, 2004 at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana. He was born March 9, 1929 in Danville the son of Charles and Gertrude Bolton Roberts. Bob married Norma Jean Budnovich on November 21, 1969 in Decatur she survives also two sons Danny Roberts of Danville and Gary (Ann) Roberts of Seattle WA, seven step-children Bradley (Tina) Grzesiek, Donald (Angela) Grzesiek, Robin K. (Gary) Rusnak, Cheryl (Bill) Miller, Carol Atkinson, Chris Ronto and Craig Ronto, Several Grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Bob was preceded in death by his parents and one son. Bob was an electrical engineer and had owned the former Rerco Electric; he had also worked for Fedco, Common Wealth, Risser and Anderson Electric witch he retired from as a consultant. Bob was Vice President of N.E.C.A. from 1972 to 1973. He had served in the U.S. Navy and was a member of the American Legion post 210 for 55 years. Bob was an avid golfer and enjoyed spending time with his family and grandchildren.
