Robert 'Bob' George

Danville - Robert “Bob” George, 59, of Danville, passed away on November 16, 2013. He was born December 17, 1953 in Danville the son of Arthur and Barbara Bailey George. He is survived by his Son Joseph (Kristi) George; his sisters Peggy George and Susan Pribble; his two beloved grandchildren Caden and Cooper George; and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brother Melvin Zurcher. Bob was a music lover; he enjoyed a variety of music, the blues in particular. He not only enjoyed listening to music, but he truly loved going to concerts to see live performances. He also enjoyed playing pool and cards with his friends and family. Above all else Bob loved his family he will be sorely missed by anyone who was fortunate enough to have known him. A celebration of Roberts life will be held at 2pm on Thursday November 21, 2013 at Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center, A Life Celebration Home in Danville. A visitation will be held at 12pm- 2pm on Thursday November 21, 2013 at the funeral home.
